Meet Our Staff

Dan Kerman

Co-Owner: DINAN DAN has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and has spent the last 25 years designing jet engines and investigating aircraft accidents associated with the jet engine propulsion industry. Dan’s major in engineering was with the discipline of internal combustion engine design with an emphasis on structural engineering. Performance tuning is in Dan’s DNA, starting with his university development of one of the first comprehensive exhaust gas analysis systems in conjunction with MIT/Northeastern University. This system was installed at the MIT internal combustion engine research facility and was utilized to conduct research into mitigating exhaust emissions and also to facilitate development of enhanced engine performance.

With respect to automobiles, Dan has owned/restored from the ground up multiple rare prize winning muscle cars. All of his restorations were body off the frame and manifest his extreme degree of care and detail necessary for concourse quality restorations. Testimony to Dan’s high degree of performance knowledge are his development of several record holding Pontiac Super Stock Drag Racing cars that hold national records for elapsed time in their respective classes. Dan has additionally maintained a business building and dynometer testing Drag Motors.

With respect to his experience with exotic European automobiles, Dan has established and maintained DINAN performance Centers for over seven years. These centers have consistently maintained a high level of quality and sales levels. This is in part due to Dan’s extensive background in Aerospace Engineering, automobile restoration, Auto Racing and many years of cutting edge performance tuning of both domestic as well as German Performance automobiles such as BMW, Porsche and Mercedes. It is exactly this experience that the discerning consumer of the Ultimate Performance machine should expect and demand to insure that their performance tuning experience is second to none!

Gregg Rodenhiser

Co-Owner: Gregg has been working on high-end sport and muscle cars since the late 1970’s. He has extensive experience building and performance tuning engines and suspension systems to optimize the performance and handling characteristics of these high performance autos. Gregg has also developed and grown a very successful off-season business specializing in building 2 and 4 stroke engines and suspension systems for high end snowmobile racing (ice racing, drag racing and sno-cross circuits in the New England area).

He has extensive expertise in porting, tuning, engine management systems, electronic fuel injection, and calibration of naturally aspirated and forced induction, driveline and suspension systems.

In addition, Gregg has also worked over the last 10 years as a Management/IT Consultant implementing custom developed and ERP systems for Fortune 500 Companies.

BMW Certified Technicians

We employ a number of the most highly skilled and certified BMW Technicians in New England, who have a long history of working on very sophisticated autos and projects at the high end BMW Service Centers in New England. They have extensive expertise in all of the BMW products and are trained in the latest “start of the art” diagnostic, analytical, software and performance tuning tools available on the market for BMW today.
