The car drives great. The suspension seems to get better every day, the car rides smoother, handles better and is lowered just enough to look great but with no scraping issues. The stage 2 really was a perfect fit for me.  The car is also much easier to launch with the 3:91 gears no matter how I am driving and really puts the power down when I need it. As you are well aware, I was very concerned about modifications to a new car. On the other hand, I wanted a more personalized M3 that was closer in performance to the European spec CSL. As it turned out, you exceeded my expectations and delivered a greatly improved M3 that turns heads and out performs lesser “sport coupes” and more costly roadsters. I especially appreciated your clearly explaining the modifications you suggested and what the benefit would be. I never felt that I was wasting money on a pointless bolt on pieces that served little useful purpose. The combination of proven Dinan performance modifications, upgraded brakes and select carbon fiber parts has really worked out well. Thanks again and look forward to completing the suspension work at some point during the summer. I wanted to send a short note of appreciation and thanks to the guys at Ultimate Motorwerks (UMW) to acknowledge how pleased I am with the recent performance and body styling upgrades on my '01 BMW 540i.  I knew the 4.4 liter had potential, but I didn’t really understand how much potential it had until UMW applied a combination of upgrades with various performance recommendations. With the exception of an intake manifold replacement and software upgrade, changes to the engine appeared to be relatively none-invasive and allowed many of the factory settings to remain in place. This, in combination with a final drive gear ratio upgrade, UMW has completely unleashed the power of this car, it’s a rocket. All in all, the cars peak output is around 360hp, more than enough! The second stage of upgrades included a series of suspension changes, custom polyurethane bushings and a Brombo breaking system. I can dive into any corner without exception and predict under-steer and over-steer in time to adjust. The team at UMW did a great job. They’ve introduced a whole new level of performance that I didn’t imagine was possible. The car not only performs great, but it looks great too, with a recently added Euro bumper system. UMW brings a wealth of engineering knowledge and technical aptitude to the table. Hands down, UMW is the place to go for exotic car performance upgrades and styling. I’m hooked!
